A20-132 Served with 12 Sqn, The aircraft crashed at the Adelaide River Railway Station N.T,
The crew were
F/Off F. B. Smith, and Sgt W. J. Cox, Both were killed in the accident.

NOTE: The Information on this Plate is incorrect, the date was 15/3/1941
